Jackie O Henderson reveals she regained the pounds she lost after joining Weight Watchers and promises to lose them again upon rejoining the show: ‘I fell off the wagon’
Jackie O Henderson has opened up about her weight loss journey.
On Friday, the radio star admitted that she had put back the pounds she lost when she joined Weight Watchers last year.
The mother of one told Sunrise’s Natalie Barr that she has rejoined the weight loss program in hopes of losing weight again.

“I did Nat the first year and originally my first goal was to lose 10kg, which I did, because I gained about 20kg,” he explained.
‘But once I hit 10 kilos I was like woo! Lets go eat pizza! Let’s start eating. I’ve been really good, I need to reward myself and of course you keep rewarding yourself, and I fell off the wagon a little bit.
“I think when you lose weight you’re like, ‘Oh my God, I’m never going to do that,’ I’m not going to go back to that again because starting is the hardest part, starting is the most depressing part because you think why did I allow myself to put that back on?” weight again?
“But it’s normal, a lot of people do it, so I think it’s really important to know that when you fall off the wagon you don’t hit yourself too much, you just get back on and start again, it’s okay.”
The mother of one told Natalie Barr of Sunrise that she rejoined the weight loss program in hopes of losing weight again.

Natalie praised Jackie for the “great message” and said “a lot of men and women” could relate.
“I think where I fall is when I get home from work and if I don’t have the groceries in the fridge, I’m going to go eat frozen pizza,” Jackie added.
“So one thing that I think is really good is just getting ready for the week, making sure you have everything you need. If you follow the program, you definitely lose a pound a week, that’s definitely a given.”
Jackie added: “I think where I fall is when I get home from work and if I don’t have the groceries in the fridge, I’m going to go eat frozen pizza.”
Jackie embarked on her weight loss journey in June of last year after signing with WW.
When she reached her goal weight in August, Jackie said she felt “very good.”
“I have so much more energy and I no longer walk in front of the mirror and think, ‘My God, how did I get to this point?'” she told Woman’s Day at the time.
‘I can wear whatever I want, and I finally feel like before.’
Jackie signed up for WW after noticing her weight was out of control due to her busy schedule, irregular sleep patterns, and poor food choices.
He followed a strict but nutritionally balanced eating plan.
Describing her day on a plate, Jackie told Woman’s Day that she prefers to eat salty foods for breakfast, like chicken or vegetable soup.
For lunch, he had a turkey burger or Cruskits with ham, cottage cheese and tomato, while dinner usually consisted of fish and vegetables or poached chicken.
In May, she admitted she was “embarrassed” by the weight she had gained during lockdown and was desperate to shed the pounds before starring on The Masked Singer.
